Potato Planter for Walking Tractor in Nigeria
Planting potatoes by hand takes many hours and plenty of workers. The potato planter from Tractors Nigeria mechanizes the process. It opens the furrow, drops the seed potatoes and covers them, all in one pass behind your walking tractor.
This walking tractor potato planter places seed tubers at a consistent depth and spacing. That leads to more even emergence and healthier plants. It’s a smart investment for Irish potato and sweet potato growers looking to expand production without a matching rise in labour costs.
Why Use a Walking Tractor Potato Planter
- Plants seed potatoes faster than manual methods
- Maintains even spacing and depth for uniform growth
- Covers tubers in the same pass to save time
- Reduces labour needs during the busy planting period
Consistent planting makes the rest of the season easier. Weeding, ridging, spraying and harvesting all run more smoothly when your rows are straight and evenly spaced. For farmers aiming to supply markets, processors or restaurants, a potato planter helps you produce a more uniform crop.
